After questioning a 10-year-old boy on the witness stand for nearly 15 days, defense attorneys in the McMartin Pre-School molestation case were ordered to wind up their cross-examination. Municipal Judge Aviva K. Bobb cut off cross-examination by Daniel Davis, who represents key defendant Raymond Buckey, 26, noting that he had been questioning the child for six days and was returning to areas already covered by other attorneys during the preliminary hearing. The child has tired noticeably but has held to his initial account of having been sodomized, molested, photographed and threatened by the seven former nursery school teachers who are defendants in the case. He is expected to be excused today after redirect examination by Deputy Dist. Atty. Christine Johnston. He is the second of 41 youngsters who prosecutors say will testify.
