Retiree Center Begun in Laguna
T A late-1985 completion is scheduled for the Laguna Hills Retirement Center, an $11-million, 200,000-square-foot health-care residential facility being built by M.H. Golden Co. of San Diego for Radnor Corp., Radnor, Pa.
Beverly Enterprises, Pasadena, will operate the four-story, 200-unit residential housing complex and the two-story health-care facility. The project, designed by Neptune & Thomas Associates, San Diego, is near Gate 3 of Leisure World.
The architectural theme is 19th-Century Spanish, with red tile roofs and stucco exteriors, according to Dick Bail, executive vice president of the Golden firm.
