State Realtor Chief to Speak
Ray Spinelli, president of the California Assn. of Realtors, will address District 20 real estate board members Monday at 11 a.m. at the Bayview Plaza Holiday Inn, 530 Pico Blvd., Santa Monica.
The president’s district visit and address will occur during the regional meeting. Boards in the district are Santa Monica, Culver City, Malibu, Beverly Hills and Venice-Marina.
Spinelli, of Menlo Park, has said he expects the California economy to remain strong during 1985, allowing continued growth in the housing sector, with relatively low interest rates enabling buyers to obtain affordable financing and thus providing a favorable market environment similar to that of 1984.
