Baldwin Park Project Stresses Safety Features
Woodland Pacific Development is staging its grand opening of Vineland Woods, a private and gated community in the Baldwin Park area at 3221 Vineland Ave.
For the first phase, the developer is offering 28 of a total of 80 single-family detached homes, designed for growing families with low interest, 30-year Los Angeles County bond financing available to qualifying buyers; 22 homes have been pre-sold.
The homes all have 1,240 square feet of living space and are priced from $94,500 to $96,500. A monthly homeowners’ fee of $72 will be charged for maintenance of the project and its common areas that include a swimming pool, spa and recreation room with a fireplace, a game room and covered deck.
Three floor plans are available with up to 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, and attached two-car garages. A variety of design options offers the choice of three bedrooms or two bedrooms and a den with a balcony overlooking the entry; the lower level of Vineland Woods’ homes includes a living room/dining area with wood burning fireplace, wet bar, fully equipped kitchens with wood cabinetry and convenient access to a private rear yard area.
The sales office and decorated model homes are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., except on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Estimated move-in date is May 1.
