Wells Fargo Bank named Stephen Carpenter executive vice president with responsibility for the commercial banking group’s Southern California operations. The bank is headquartered in San Francisco.
LISP Machine Inc., Los Angeles, which manufactures computers and software for applied research in artificial intelligence, named Robert C. Wilson a director.
Wilson, is a former chief executive of Memorex Corp.
