R.F.K. Media Awards Given; Conrad Cited

WASHINGTON — The PBS television show “Frontline” and the Charlotte Observer have won Robert F. Kennedy Journalism Awards for 1984 for coverage of problems of the disadvantaged, it was announced Thursday. First prize in the editorial cartoon category was awarded to Paul Conrad of the Los Angeles Times.
