Local News in Brief : Man Shot to Death in His East Valley Home
Los Angeles police are investigating the slaying of a 54-year-old Lake View Terrace man found shot to death in his residence Tuesday night.
Police identified the man as Charles LoVant Prayor of the 11500 block of Hunnewell Avenue.
Prayor was pronounced dead at 11:29 p.m. Tuesday, an investigator with the Los Angeles County coroner’s office said. Cause of death was a gunshot wound to the neck, the investigator said.
Police said they had discovered no motive for the shooting.
