Arcadia
In its annual reorganization, the Arcadia City Council has selected Don Pellegrino to be mayor. Pellegrino, who is in his seventh year on the council, replaces Dave Hannah. Mary Young was named mayor pro tem. Other council members are Dennis Lojeski and Charles Gilb.
