Reagan to Name Salgado as Energy Undersecretary

WASHINGTON —
President Reagan said Thursday that he plans to nominate Joseph F. Salgado, a former associate director of personnel at the White House, to be undersecretary of energy. If confirmed by the Senate, he would succeed William Patrick Collins, who resigned.
