Silva Signs to Play Softball With Fullerton
Santa Ana College pitcher Lani Silva, the California Community College Player of the Year in 1984, has signed a national letter of intent to attend Cal State Fullerton.
Silva, a native of Kauai, Hawaii, is currently 15-1 for the Dons with an 0.56 earned-run average, 42 strikeouts and 26 walks. She also is hitting .375 with 7 doubles, 7 triples, 3 home runs and 30 RBIs.
The Titans also have signed Central Arizona College pitcher Connie Clark.
