General Defense Gets 2 Contracts for $14.7 Million

HUNT VALLEY, Md. — General Defense Corp. said it was awarded two contracts worth $14.7 million.
The company said it received a $7.3-million contract from a South Korean corporation to make a safety and arming device for an artillery fuse.
The second contract, worth $7.4 million, was awarded by the U.S. Navy to make motor bodies for a rocket assist artillery projectile.
