Carnation said it will sell its milling division.
Carnation, which was acquired last year by Nestle S.A., said it had hired the New York investment banking firm Hasbro America to help find a qualified buyer for the Los Angeles-based division, which produces animal and poultry feed and is one of the largest farm-supply businesses in the nation.
