‘Seditious’ Books Seized

SEOUL, South Korea — Police raided 28 printing shops and bookstores here Thursday, confiscating books and pamphlets described as seditious and supportive of leftist ideologies, officials of the Culture and Information Ministry said. They said the drive will continue through May 21 across the country, with more than 300 types of books and pamphlets subject to seizure.
