Robert K. Parker, 49, has been named president and chief executive officer of Sterling Savings & Loan of Irvine. He replaces James C. Hilbert, who has joined the parent firm, Sterling Homes Corp. Parker, who has 20 years of experience with financial institutions, had been a senior vice president with First Interstate Bank where he managed its real estate loan department.
Larry Sternberg, 57, has been appointed to the newly created position of senior vice president for administration at ICEE-USA of Anaheim. He was formerly president of Runglin Companies Inc. of Culver City, which owned ICEE-USA before its initial public offering in January. Runglin is now ICEE-USA’s largest shareholder.
Crown Printing of Fullerton named Albert Aguilar, 34, general manager. He replaces Carl Erickson, 53, who was earlier promoted to president. Erickson replaced James Vanderburg, who remains as chairman.
