Duarte
The Duarte City Council has approved an administrative reorganization plan to name Parks and Recreation Director Jesse Duff as assistant to the city manager, replacing Terry Matz, who has resigned. Duff, who would retain his parks and recreation title, would be assisted by a deputy director of parks and recreation, a new position. The new plan will not result in any salary increases.
