The financially troubled Birmingham Stallions o the USFL have dismissed two front-office employees in an effort to cut expenses.
Hal Hayes, public relations director, and Bob Lochamy, ticket sales director, were released.
The team is four months behind on paying its county sales taxes of more than $5,000.
