Time-Share Project Opens
A 70-unit, $24-million San Vicente Haciendas time-share project opens this weekend at San Diego Country Estates in northeastern San Diego county.
Preceding the opening, more than 200 of the Haciendas time-shares had been sold, according to William F. Friery, the developer and builder and partner with Ray Watt and president of Watt & Friery Marketing Co.
Prices range from $5,900 to $7,000 for the units, believed to be the first built as a second phase adjacent to an original time-share development.
