Retail Center in Escondido to Open Sept. 30
The $14-million, 125,000-square-foot Plaza Las Palmas shopping center will open Sept. 30 in Escondido, anchored by Marshalls Department Store and the Federated Group, according to Bob Crisell, president of Crisell Properties of California Inc., the developer.
In addition to the 22,800-square foot Marshalls and the 22,000-square-foot Federated stereo store, tenants of the mall at Interstate 15 and Valley Parkway include Clothestime, California Thrift & Loan and Froglanders Yogurt Factory.
The architect is Brown/Leary Architecture & Planning and the general contractor is R.E. Hazard Jr. Inc., both of San Diego.
