Mousel in GOP Post: Tustin resident Charlotte Mousel was chosen Saturday as second vice president of the National Federation of Republican Women at the group’s annual meeting in Phoenix. Judy Hughes of Denver is the new president-elect of the organization. Hughes, who will succeed Betty Rendel, of Peru, Ind., was among seven candidates nominated by a committee and elected Saturday on a voice vote without opposition.
