Faria Wins Speedway Scratch Main

Mike Faria of Colton won the scratch main event of Friday’s speedway motorcycle racing program at Orange County Fairgrounds in Costa Mesa in front of 4,032.
Tom Burba of Garden Grove won the handicap main event, holding off Alan Christian of Huntington Beach. Ronnie Correy of Fullerton won the second division main event.
