Plane Engine Fire at Chicago Airport Studied

CHICAGO — The cause of an engine fire in a DC-9 jet at O’Hare International Airport on Thursday is under investigation, Federal Aviation Administration spokeswoman Marjorie Kriz said Friday. The fire in the plane forced the evacuation of 45 people, but no injuries were reported, she said.
