Angel pitcher Frank LaCorte will be cited for failing to yield to a pedestrian in connection with an accident Dec. 3 in Gilroy that left an 88-year-old woman in critical condition. A police spokesman said that LaCorte could face a charge of vehicular manslaughter if the woman, Anne Swift, dies of her injuries.
