Time Changed for Kentucky Game Against Louisville
Associated Press
LEXINGTON, Ky. — Tipoff for the nationally televised Louisville-Kentucky basketball game Saturday has been moved to 4 p.m. EST, Kentucky Athletic Director Cliff Hagan announced Sunday.
The game was originally set for 12:30 p.m., but CBS officials asked for a later time, Hagan said.
He said CBS wanted to reschedule the game for Dec. 29, Hagan said.
“But there was no way we could do that because of the inconvenience to our fans and the fact that we play VMI on the 30th,” he said. The game will be in Lexington.
Louisville (6-2) is ranked 16th and Kentucky (7-1) is 13th.
