One wing of the Brandford Elementary School in Rowland Heights was destroyed by an early morning fire that arson investigators believed was started by vandals. Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Deputy Jim Harris of the City of Industry Sheriff’s Station said three classrooms were burned and there was evidence of intruders.
