Buford (Baby) Ray, 71, a former lineman who is enshrined in both the Green Bay Packers and Tennessee sports halls of fame, died of a heart attack. Ray, who was a scout for the Packers at the time of his death, was a star at Vanderbilt before joining the Packers in 1938.
