Dvorak Leads USC Over Penn State in Volleyball

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. — Rudy Dvorak’s pinpoint setting triggered a potent offensive attack as the USC men’s volleyball team swept past Penn State, 15-6, 15-8, 15-8, Saturday night in the third Westchester volleyball tournament at the County Center.
Dvorak, the younger brother of 1984 U.S. Olympic gold-medal setter Dusty Dvorak, led the No. 3-ranked Trojans (2-1) with 10 points.
Robert Pierce scored six points to lead the No. 8-ranked Nittany Lions (11-5).
