Rescue volunteers abandoned their search for Jeff Bennett, 40, of Agoura, who has been missing for about two weeks in the Santa Susana Mountains. The California Highway Patrol found Bennett’s pickup truck Jan. 13 on Rocky Peak Road near the Simi Valley Freeway. Bennett’s wallet and keys were in the truck. About 45 members of the Citizens Emergency Mobile Patrol, a volunteer organization based in Northridge, combed the area Saturday but found no clue to Bennett’s whereabouts.
