Frimmel Heads Engineers Unit
Frank G. Frimmel of Frank G. Frimmel & Associates, Burbank, has been installed as 1986 president of the Assn. of Consulting Electrical Engineers.
Frimmel succeeded John Kocher of Kocher & Nishimura, Glendale. Other new officers are Adel Hallis, Adel Hallis & Associates, Los Angeles, vice president; Robert Hiltman, Hiltman & Associates, Hacienda Heights, secretary, and Danny Ho, Pacific Engineers Group, Studio City, treasurer.
ACEE is an organization of facility and electrical engineers in Los Angeles and Orange counties.
