Part 1 stars a talking Roosevelt dime that defines savings and interest and even warns the kids gathered around him how to outfox the Great Wealth Gobbler, inflation. Part 2 stresses comparison shopping and a skeptical approach to advertising, while reminding that money is a means, not an end. Responsible and unmoralizing, but clunky, unimaginative video making. 1/2
