Medical Plaza in Tarzana Is Finished
The $12.3-million, 54,934-square-foot Wilbur Medical Plaza has been completed at 5620 Wilbur Ave., Tarzana.
Developed by Katherine Post Hall, Santa Monica, the three-story building is two blocks from the Medical Center of Tarzana and is aimed at tenants who need “large, custom-designed space,” she said. Available medical office space in Tarzana, Encino and Northridge is typically in the 300 to 400-square-foot range, she added.
The architect, Albert C. Martin & Associates, Los Angeles, designed the notched and cantilevered building with 22 corner offices and three levels of underground parking. Swinerton & Walberg was the general contractor. Windtree Mortgage, Sherman Oaks, provided construction financing.
