Oil Consortium to Move Staff to Long Beach
THUMS, an oil company consortium of Mobil, Texaco, Exxon, Union and Shell will establish its corporate headquarters in the Arco Center in downtown Long Beach.
In a 14-year lease transaction valued at $13.5 million, THUMS was represented by Riebro, Long Beach. Norland Properties, the owner of Arco Center, was represented by Coldwell Banker.
The new tenant will move its 200-member staff to the center this spring and will occupy 47,000 square feet on the second, third and fourth floors of the North Tower.
