Reaction to U.S. Bombing Raid on Libya
I read that Kadafi “was not a direct target,” according to Secretary of State George P. Shultz, who noted that U.S. law prohibits targeting a foreign leader for assassination.
I wish Shultz would explain what kind of target Kadafi was, if at all. This kind of double talk lessens my faith in our leadership. Tell us the truth!
