Century 21 Lyle & Associates of Palm Springs has reported $4,109,300 in real estate sales (including sales of its listings by other real estate companies) during March. The volume was made up of 59 transactions. In one project, Desert Vista, the firm sold 27 homes in six weeks.
In six weeks, 41 of the 58 condominium homes were sold in the first phase of Stonebridge, on Grand Avenue between Covina Boulevard and Arrow Highway in Covina. Prices at the Western Homex Corp. project range from $75,950 to $101,950.
Mola Development Corp.’s $18-million Portofino Cove, surrounded by water on three sides and a park on the fourth, has sold 57 of its 60 condominium homes in three weeks. The community, on a cul-de-sac at the end of Edinger Street in Huntington Harbour, offers homes priced from $99,900 to $229,900.
