U.S., Grenada Sign Treaty

WASHINGTON —
The United States has signed a treaty on investment with the island republic of Grenada, the office of U.S. Trade Representative Clayton K. Yeutter announced Friday. The treaty is designed to encourage investment by U.S. business.
