Klabin Firm Observes 25th Anniversary
The Klabin Co. of Inglewood recently celebrated its 25th anniversary, an event that Stuart Klabin, president and founder, says is proof that it pays to be different.
Klabin notes that while his firm is among the area’s top eight industrial brokerage firms in gross volume, it operates out of one office with a staff that is one-third the size of the seven firms ahead of it. He said that Klabin’s 13 sales agents produced $4 million in commissions during 1985.
He adds that experienced personnel focusing on a single market is the key. Seven agents have been with the Klabin Co. seven years or longer and all are company-trained.
