Confidential Drug Testing Merely NFL Lip Service?
If anyone wonders why the athletes’ unions resist random drug testing, get in touch with James FitzPatrick. The NFL sanctimoniously labels its testing program as confidential. The NFL’s definition of confidential is that if an athlete tests positive, the headlines on Page 1 of the sports section are only normal sized, not extra large.
