Man Killed, Two Missing in Oregon as Boat Capsizes

GARIBALDI,Ore. — A man was killed and two others were missing after a 21-foot pleasure boat capsized Saturday at the entrance to Tillamook Bay, the Coast Guard said. The body of the boat’s owner was found by a Coast Guard rescue team, which was searching for the missing men.
