NORWALK : Apartment Talks Extended
The City Council, acting as the Redevelopment Agency, Monday extended an exclusive right to negotiate with Beverly Hills-based Coastfed Properties for the development of an apartment complex at Woods Avenue and Firestone Boulevard.
The developer is proposing a 249-unit complex. The extension will give staff more time to complete appraisals and negotiate for acquisition of several properties, including the Tudor Inn.
