Diodes Reports $415,659 Loss in Year-End Report

Diodes, citing a slowdown in the semiconductor business and losses at its NAE Inc. subsidiary, reported a loss of $415,659, or 21 cents a share, in the year ended April 30. In the previous fiscal year, it earned $982,110, or 46 cents a share.

The Chatsworth-based maker of rectifiers, or power-supply regulators, used by the semiconductor industry reported that sales fell 14%, to $11.1 million. The company did not release its fourth-quarter results.
