Torranc Building 18-Acre Site Sold
Zelman Development Co. sold a building and nearly 18 acres of land in Torrance’s Civic Center Business Park for more than $18 million to a partnership of Epson Corp. and Shimizu America Corp.
Boise Cascade will remain the tenant in the 114,000-square foot industrial building according to William D. Feldman Associates, the brokerage that represented Zelman. Four additional office buildings, with a total of 194,456 square feet of space, are planned for the site, the northeast corner of Madrona Avenue and Civic Center Drive. Grubb & Ellis Co. Inc. represented the buyer.
