A man who has been on the San Diego Police Department’s Top 10 fugitive list since April was arrested Friday afternoon at a National City motel.
Joe Norman Buck, 46, was wanted in connection with a felony hit-and-run accident and carrying a concealed weapon, San Diego Police Sgt. John Ray said. A warrant was issued for Buck’s arrest by the San Diego County district attorney’s office April 28.
The Police Department’s Fugitive Apprehension Unit, assisted by the National City Police Department, arrested Buck at the Pacific Motel.
Buck is being held at County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bail and additional charges may be filed against him, Ray said.
