Stolte Named Airport Builder
Stolte Inc., a Los Angeles-based general contracting firm, has been named general contractor for the $28.3-million remodeling of the existing terminal at Las Vegas McCarran International Airport.
The project, scheduled for completion by the end of 1987, is part of a three-phase, $1-billion expansion program that will enable the airport to accommodate the 20 million passengers annually expected by the year 2000.
The master plan architect is TRA Consultants Inc. with TRA Architecture Engineering Planning Interiors in charge of architectural design, with Dobrusky Kittrell Garlock Architects the associate architect and engineering firm. Bechtel Construction Inc. heads construction administration.
