19,000 Renters Receive Surveys
The West Hollywood Rent Stabilization Department has sent questionnaires to more than 19,000 renters in an effort to improve its files on the city’s 21,000 rental units.
The survey will solicit information from tenants on past and current rents, housing services provided by landlords and the level of maintenance. West Hollywood received similar information from landlords last year when apartment owners were required to register their units.
