Van Nuys Center Now 95% Leased

Sherman Way Center, a mixed-use retail center in Van Nuys, is now 95% percent leased, the developer said.
The 27,000-square-foot, $5-million facility is located on the northwest corner of Sherman Way and Sepulveda Boulevard. The property was developed by Benco Development Group of Long Beach and is managed by CitiScape Property Management Inc., also of Long Beach.
The project’s anchor tenant is Healthline Medical, an emergency medical facility, which occupies 4,500 square feet.
