Joey Heatherton Found Not Guilty in Fracas

NEW YORK — Actress Joey Heatherton on Wednesday was cleared of charges stemming from an incident in which she allegedly pulled the hair of a passport clerk who refused to change a $100 bill.
U.S. Magistrate Sharon Grubin acquitted the entertainer of charges of disorderly conduct and obstruction of governmental administration on the second day of a nonjury trial.
Heatherton still faces charges of stabbing her former boyfriend in Rockland County.
