Ten more police officers from the 77th Precinct in Brooklyn, N.Y., have been implicated in an alleged scheme to extort money and drugs from narcotics dealers, officials said. The corruption case, which led to the suspension of 13 officers Tuesday, is limited to the 77th Precinct, police said. None of the 10 officers were suspended because “the evidence against them is not as strong as it is against the original 13,” police said.
