Bell-Jeff 13, Salesian 6--After gaining only 81 total yards in the first half, Bell-Jeff scored on its first three possessions in the second half in a Santa Fe League game at Roosevelt High.

Bell-Jeff (8-0, 5-0 in league) scored when quarterback Keith Fitzgerald capped a nine-play, 47-yard drive with a five-yard run around left end midway through the third quarter.

Kicker Matt Woodlief kicked a 25-yard field goal late in the third quarter and a 28-yard field goal early in the fourth quarter to give Bell-Jeff a 13-0 lead.

Salesian (2-5, 1-3) scored with 2:58 left in the game. Quarterback Luis Urideles hit receiver Tony Gonzalez with a 42-yard touchdown pass.
