Hollywood : Facility for Homeless to Open
Official opening ceremonies of the Hollywood Homeless Shelter operated by the Los Angeles branch of the Volunteers of America will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at the shelter, 1057 Vine St. Show business personality Ned Beatty will be master of ceremonies. Scheduled to speak at the ceremonies are Supervisor Edmund D. Edelman and Superior Court Judge Billy Mills, chairman of the Volunteers of America board of directors.
