Arson investigators sought the cause of a blaze that killed a grandmother, her daughter and a granddaughter in their Burlingame home. The victims were identified as Luce de la Rosa, 68, Gloria Prodin, 42, and her 6-year-old daughter, Jessica. The fire was limited to two bedrooms in the one-story home.
