Software Firm to Lease Offices in Chatsworth
The Dylakor unit of Sterling Software said it signed a 10-year, $3.8 million lease for 35,000 square feet of space in the Chatsworth Technology Center, a partially-completed 25-acre industrial park at Owensmouth and Plummer streets.
Dylakor, which now works from three locations in Granada Hills and Sepulveda, said the move will permit it to consolidate operations under one roof. The company has 80 employees and makes software for mainframe computers. It expects to move by March 1.
The Chatsworth Technology Center currently consists of four buildings, but more are planned. It is owned by Cabot, Cabot & Forbes.
